Follow the links below for detailed information on City of Sheridan projects prioritized for funding under the proposed 2013 renewal of the Sheridan County Capital Facilities Tax:
The City of Sheridan’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a long-term planning tool used to guide the selection and development of infrastructure projects throughout the city. The projects in the CIP are selected based on a number of factors, such as the condition of infrastructure, funding availability and ability to serve potential growth. Although the CIP has a long-term outlook, the document is updated on an ongoing basis to incorporate changes in project needs, economic conditions and growth forecasts. Included below are links to the original CIP developed in 2003, the CIP updated in 2010 and the draft 2013 which is currently being finalized. The City’s projects prioritized for funding under the proposed 2013 renewal of the Capital Facilities tax are based on the 2013 CIP.
